2) Private companies seeking expansion or acquisition capital in the context of a private placement or in connection with a public entree. 

3) Recently profitable companies that are facing an unforeseen downturn and require financial support to return to profitability/growth.

4) Early stage building products companies or technologies connected to the Real Estate Industry.   

            Ultimately, C Brook is seeking to move our clients/portfolio companies toward a greater diversity and sophistication of investor base as the company continues to mature.
